1. Go to unisonbdr.com and click on “Login.”

2. Enter your username and password, and then click on “Login.”

3. Copy and paste the 1 time password, and you’re all set.

UnisonBDR - Partner, How To Force a Backup.

1. In the top right, search for the client and click on their profile.

2. Click on “UnisonBDR” in the right side, under “Products.”

3. Hover over the cloud icon, and select “Backup Files.”

4. You can backup specific files, or just click on “Backup All.”

UnisonBDR - Partner, How to Restore Files.

1. In the top right, search for the client and click on their profile.

2. Click on “UnisonBDR” on the right side, under “Products.”

3. Hover over the cloud icon, and select “Restore Files.”

4. Select from which server you wish to restore the files from.

5. Select the date of when the desired file was last backed up.

6. Click on the “Load Files,” button.

7. Choose the desired server destination.

8. Enter the specific file path, and then click on “Restore.”

UnisonBDR - Partner, How to Monitor a Clients Backup.

Here are 5 easy steps, and some suggestions for monitoring your client’s backup.

STEP 1: Click on “User Lists” and in the Submenu Select “Unison.”

STEP 2: Search for the client’s profile then click “Unison”BDR” on the right.

*The backup status will be complete, in progress or disconnected.*

If it’s disconnected you may be able to reconnect it right away if you have access to the client’s desktop. If not, you’ll have to call them and give you access.

STEP 3: Edit your client’s general settings or data backup preferences.

STEP 4: Hover over the cloud icon to execute backups if needed.

STEP 5: To STOP a backup, hover over the 3 dots, and click “Stop Backup.”
